Craft And Scale
Founded nearly 50 years ago, Bethel's CTC factory is one of the largest in the region, with an annual capacity of 3 million kilograms of dust tea. Operational year-round across multiple shifts — and often 24/7 during peak season — the factory is the heart of the estate's production, transforming carefully cultivated leaves into teas renowned for their consistency, flavor, and quality.

In 2024, the factory was fully renovated with state-of-the-art machinery, from withering troughs to CTC machines, fermenting drums, dryers, and sorting lines, elevating hygiene, efficiency, and production standards.
Every stage is executed with precision, ensuring that each batch reflects the estate's dedication to excellence and the distinct character of Bethel tea.
More than a production facility, the factory sustains livelihoods and the broader estate ecosystem. It is a place where land, labor, and craft converge, turning decades of experience and careful stewardship into teas that are celebrated across the region.
